We do try our best to make all deliveries on the day you request and in the best quality possible. However, very occasionally events outside of our control occur and deliveries are delayed or the quality is compromised. In case of such issues we would be more than happy to give you a refund provided you notify us through our customer care number or email about the problem within 5 hours of delivery.
If we have attempted a delivery and there was no-one available to sign for the order and no delivery instructions were issued, we would make arrangements for the delivery to be made the following working day, but no refund can be offered.
If you have opted for a midnight delivery service and the delivery has not been attempted by then, we will refund the premium you have paid.
Once approved the refund amount will be transferred to your payment channel in 5-7 working days.
At the time of delivery if there is no response from the given mobile number, the cake will be sent back to the kitchen. So please provide the contact number of the person who can collect the cake.
An additional charge of Rs.75/- will be charged for redelivery.
For order modification/cancellation of an order, please give us notice at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time slot.
Charges for cancellations, once your order is "being prepared" or "prepared", 50% of the total amount will be refunded for perishable products(cakes, cupcakes, pastries, jar cakes etc) and 100% for non-perishable products(chocolates, gifts etc).
If you cancel your order that has been already "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery", only 25% of the total order amount will be refunded.
Although for cakes of more than 1kg only 30% of the total amount will be refunded in case of cancellation.
