At our cakezone.com, we take great care to ensure that your orders are delivered in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. To better serve you, we have revised our Refund and Cancellation policy as follows:1.
No returns are allowed. However, if the product received is damaged/defective/wrong, then please report the issue to our customer support team within 4 hrs of delivery, along with an image of the item delivered. Our team will contact you for additional details of the product delivered if required.2.
No cancellations or refunds are permitted for instant orders once they are placed.3.
For all pre-orders and scheduled orders, cancellations with refunds will be accepted only if the request is made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled delivery slot.4.
For Orders of Customized, Designer, and Theme Cakes: Cancellations with refunds will be entertained only if the request is made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled delivery slot.5.
Change of Delivery Address: No refunds will be provided for a change in delivery address after the order has been placed. If the new address is within the same city and within 2 km of the original address, we can deliver the products without any additional charges. If the new address is more than 2 km away from the original address, additional delivery charges will apply on a pro-rata basis depending on the delivery distance.
Please note that refunds will not be entertained for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery or refusing to accept the delivery.
If a second delivery attempt is required for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges will be incurred.
Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases/scenarios:•
Orders are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.•
Unsuccessful deliveries arise from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery or refusing to accept the delivery.•
Damage to the delivered product is caused by improper handling by the customer.
For all approved refunds, the refund amount will be transferred to your original payment channel within 4-5 working days. Our decision on refunds is at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
